Since its first match in April 2006, The Houston Dynamo, a team of the Major League Soccer’s Western Conference, has seen tremendous success. The Dynamo won the MLS Cup in 2006 and 2007 to become only the second team in history to win consecutive championships. They also reached the Quarterfinals in 2008 and the Semifinals in 2009. Beginning in the 2011 season, the Houston Dynamo moved to the Eastern Conference.
